Meal Plans and Dining Options
We encourage competitors and their families to preorder meals during registration. Some dietary variations are provided in the following menu, but accommodations for special dietary needs are not available.
Monday meals
There are no pre-ordered meals on Monday. However, the Chapelteria will be open from 11:00am to 1:30pm for those checking in and attending Stoa University. Off-campus dining options are detailed at the bottom of this page.
Tuesday meals
Box Lunch Sandwich $7.50
Classic Italian Sub with salami, pepperoni, ham and mozzarella cheese on a sub roll, served with tomatoes, lettuce, pickle, chips, Oreo cookies, fresh fruit and a bottle of water
Box Lunch Salad $7.00
Crispy Chicken Caesar Salad - Crispy chicken atop a bed of romaine lettuce with olives, tomatoes, croutons and a sprinkling of shredded parmesan cheese, topped with Caesar dressing, served with Oreo cookies and a bottle of water
Dinner Buffet $9.25
Enjoy our Seasoned Roasted Chicken served with creamy mashed potatoes & country gravy, steamed vegetables, garden salad and a fresh roll. Finish the meal with homemade cherry cobbler
Wednesday meals
Box Lunch Sandwich $7.50
Smoked Turkey & Provolone Sandwich - Deli sliced smoked turkey and provolone cheese on a ciabatta roll served with tomatoes, lettuce, pickle, chips, M&M cookies, fresh fruit and a bottle of water
Box Lunch Salad $7.00
Crunchy Asian Salad - Romaine and iceberg lettuce with grilled flank steak, tomatoes, mandarin oranges, Craisins, almonds, and crunchy asian noodles with your choice of dressing, served with M&M cookies and a bottle of water
Dinner
The tournament schedule ends before the Wednesday dinner hour. No on campus meal will be provided.
Thursday meals
Box Lunch Sandwich $7.50
Roast Beef & Cheddar Sandwich - Deli sliced roast beef and cheddar cheese on a croissant served with tomatoes, lettuce, pickle, chips, chocolate chip cookies, fresh fruit and a bottle of water
Box Lunch Salad $7.00
Chef Salad - Romaine lettuce, mixed greens, ham, turkey, bacon, cheddar & swiss cheeses, hardboiled egg and tomatoes with your choice of dressing, served with chocolate chip cookies and a bottle of water
Dinner
The Thursday Night Social Event will be held off campus with an hour in the schedule for the commute and to eat dinner on your own.
Friday meals
Box Lunch Sandwich $7.50
Ham & Swiss Sub - Deli sliced ham and swiss cheese on a wheat sub served with tomatoes, lettuce, pickle, chips, peanut butter cookies, fresh fruit and a bottle of water
Box Lunch Salad $7.00
Diane's Chicken Salad - Grilled chicken with iceberg & romaine lettuce, melon slices, mandarin oranges, green onions, toasted almonds and a fresh fruit garnish, served with peanut butter cookies and a bottle of water
Dinner Buffet $9.25
Your choice of pasta from our Pasta Bar with chicken alfredo, pesto alfredo and our classic meat marinara sauces, served with a mini salad bar and warm cheese breadsticks. Finish the meal with an Oreo delight dessert
Saturday meals
Box Lunch Sandwich $7.50
Grilled Chicken Sandwich - Grilled chicken breast and colby jack cheese on a parmesan hoagie served with tomatoes, lettuce, pickle, chips, brownie, fresh fruit and a bottle of water
Box Lunch Salad $7.00
Fiesta Salad - Romaine and iceberg lettuce, seasoned taco meat, black olives, tomatoes, bell pepper, shredded cheddar cheese, tri-colored tortilla chips, and roasted corn, served with a brownie and a bottle of water
Dinner
The award ceremony will be held off campus with an hour in the schedule for the commute and to eat dinner on your own.
Other Dining Options
The Focus on the Family "Chapelteria", operated by Creative Dining Services, offers grilled cheese, hamburgers, hotdogs, soups, sandwiches and a salad bar. You will also find soft drinks, ice tea, juice, specialty coffees and candy bars.

Whit's End Soda Shop
Whit’s End Soda Shop is available for snacks & desserts Monday –Saturday 10:00 am-4:00 pm and is located on the lower level of the Visitor Center. Parental supervision at Whit's End is required throughout the week.
Off Campus Dining
One block west of Focus on the Family are some restaurants at the Promenade Shops at Briargate. Be warned: there is no fast food at the shops, so competitors must calculate carefully if using this dining. Also, no underage student is allowed to walk off campus without their chaperone or chaperone's approval. A list of available dining can be found on the Promenade Shops' Website.
